Title: What We Can Learn from the Woes to the Pharisees
Description: A "woe" is an oracle of doom, a prophetic word about impending sorrow, destruction, and death as a result of a current state. The Pharisees were a group of religious leaders of great importance in the community during Jesus time of ministry. They were renowned for strict adherence to all manner of laws and rules regarding ritual purity. Today we consider what earned them 3 woes from Jesus despite their being seen as the moral leaders of the day. We also consider what we need to be mindful of regarding these woes.
